    Food was good server was very nice but we had to wait 45 mins to an hour for water. 3 of us asked at different points and it was still not brought to us. The server did realize this but basically told us she was busy with an 18th birthday party. Possibly short staffed? Food was good but also way slower than I have experienced in the past.

    Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. My only complaint is that I ordered the roast beef sandwich and got chicken instead. Rather than sending it back and waiting or have our guests wait as well, I opted to accept the wrong order. Was somewhat surprised that other than a cursory apology from the server, there was no offer to compensate or make up for the error.

    Perfect place for a business lunch. Service was great. I got the dates of our reservation wrong but the staff took it stride. Great food and surroundings.

    Love OpenTable! So efficient and convenient. Service was great as always at Earls. Staff was pleasant as always. Food is very good every time. Staff were a tad slow to start but once they got to us, they were very good at taking perfect care of us.
