Service and food was excellent. The noise level was quite high and it took away from the dining experience.

Service was exceptional - our waiter was Kenny and he was great! Choices for g-free food was incredibly poor. Way overpriced!

We visited the Earls @Southcenter because we live in the area and wanted to enjoy a restaurant in the neighborhood. My daughter and I went in to check In while my husband was parking. It was a special occasion as it was our anniversary. There was some confusion at the front upon checking in, although we had made a reservation days earlier. They did finally take us to a table but I asked for a booth if possible as we passed several on the way in. When requested the hostess took us back to the front and then to another table- a booth for 2.. but we have 3 of us I said. Oh come back to the front with me and we’ll find you another table. By the third go we were just happy to sit down. It wasn’t a booth but a banquet for 2 plus 1 chair. Our waitress was busy we were told tending to other tables but she would be with us soon. She did come around and took our order. The food was fantastic -when it did come. After our meal we wished to share a dessert. We asked for a menu and then she came back to ask us if we were all good for the night. We still wanted to order a dessert to share- so we did. We politely paid our bill and were pleased with the food portion of the evening but the service from a to z.. leaves some room for improvement. Perhaps there’s still some hiccups to work out because it’s a new place. Will try again but not anytime soon.

We had the best happy hour on the patio with Brooklyn C. as our server. The tower of seafood she recommended was fresh and enormous, and the strawberry guava cocktails (also a recommendation) were a delicious last bit of summer.

Food was good but the service wasn’t there. When we first got out appetizers we didn’t receive any small plates for sharing, we finished the water jar and we didn’t get it filled until we asked, they didn’t ask us how was the food. Food was good overall but not happy with the service
