Dear Earls Kitchen + Bar - Sherway Team, I recently had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant in Etobicoke, Ontario, on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 7:00 pm. As a Vietnamese-born Canadian and Mississauga resident, I’m delighted to share my experience with you. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive, especially from my server, Clarissa, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured a smooth and enjoyable evening. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made me feel truly welcome. I started with the Picante Margarita mocktail, and I have to say, the mix of Seedlip Notas de Agave, Seedlip Spice, smoky pepper, and fresh lime created a refreshing and vibrant drink that was as unique as it was delicious. Moving on to the Earls Famous Clam Chowder, I thoroughly enjoyed the rich creaminess of the New England-style chowder, enhanced by the smoky, savoury flavour of the dry-cured bacon and fresh parsley. It was a comforting dish with a touch of elegance. For my main, I chose the 6oz Sirloin paired with the Spicy California Roll, a new addition that’s truly worth the spotlight! The steak was cooked to perfection, with each bite tender and full of flavour, while the Spicy California Roll added a nice twist that complemented the steak beautifully. I ended my meal with a classic regular coffee with milk, which was served fresh and rounded off the evening perfectly. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience. Earls Sherway is a true gem in Etobicoke, and I look forward to my next visit! Warm regards, Quoc Phan

my friend ordered a glass of pinot and they gave her a sample glass and then waited an hour to give her the rest…very overwhelmed staff with no reason to be and music was way too loud

Service was slow but servers were polite. Dinner was cold and missing items. Food was still very good but very cold and took a very long time. Will still return hopefully just a once off, last two services were better.

I love Earls - been there around a dozen times. But this visit was disappointing. Service was slow, truffle fries way too salty, mussels were very small, and felt like the food sat for pick up for a while- the sauce had a film, the salmon was a bit dry and the fries were a bit hard. The anniversary card and sample desert was a nice touch. We will try again but hopefully this was a one off. We love the staff and the menu at Earls locations…
