Went to Earls as it was our 31st anniversary since we had been together. Married 29hyears in October. Everything was wonderful. We absolutely love Tatiana. She just makes the evening so much better.

Our server, Tatiana is an absolute gem. She is so personable and friendly. We enjoy Earl’s! We enjoy the food and the ambiance so much that we will be back Wednesday.

The restaurant was very loud not the place to meet and have a dinner with friends. You can’t hardly hear them speak. Food was good and the service was good. The restaurant was too loud.

The food was great! I ordered wings and the angry wraps. Although the wraps are pretty small, they're really good. The service was not the greatest. I had reservations for 7:30 and got there at 7:35, only to wait almost 30mins for a table. The server was nice and friendly. However, after our meal she disappeared for more than 30 mins and my friend had to go find her so we could get the bill.

This note is to Management of EARLS - Regarding Reservation #237281' Very disappointed about the way your lady at the reception desk performed. My reservation stated '4 Persons' . Two of our party live Out of Town but arrived ahead of myself and another friend. They knew our reservation # ( made for the solarium), t hey stated this but were given a table inside the restaurant. When my friend and I arrived, reception could not find my reservation , when we mentioned to sit in the solarium we were shown a table in your Solarium. No one mentioned that 2 of our friends were already inside the restaurant. Neither one of us noticed the other 2 friends. After about 30, almost 40 minutes we tried to call our friends, getting concerned about their whereabouts That's when we 'connected. We l o s t precious time by not being seated correctly. Had reception only paid a bit more attention !!!! We only see each other about once a year. On a bright note - Our server Jerome deserves a big compliment. He was very efficient and polite, The food served was very good. My complaint is about the time we lost because of negligence at reception . Thank you for your kind attention. Alice |Lange
