Loved everything last night. Our server was great and the food was lovely too. They also offered complimentary drinks for waiting to be seated.

My boyfriend and I had a reservation on Valentine’s Day and we were met by a kind and hardworking staff. There was a while wait due to an issue with our meal as the kitchen ran out of ingredients to make mine. After that was figured out, we had our meal comped by the manager which was very thoughtful. The staff at Earls are very dedicated and know how to take accountability accordingly. I am very pleased with my experience here and will definitely be returning.

I have been coming here with my wife since this location opened and am normally really pleased with everything. Not this time. The Service is still great, ambiance is still good, but the food is starting to slide. We ordered a variety of apps as our meal- the crab cakes(we got the main) , while very good, are smaller then we recall and the once great side salad that came with the main dish has been replaced with something that is almost unedible. The salad is terrible! The tuna taco sushi are fabulous! Amazing flavour and very fresh! And the calamari was very good and not greasy at all. Now…the sliders? Pathetic, really. There was barely any meat in them and they really lacked flavour. $160 out the door with one beer and we just weren’t blown away by the food at all- and we used to be every time we came here. IMHO it’s time to reassess your food quality and bring it back up to where it was at when you first opened. Thank you! 🙏🏻

I recently visited Earls with my partner, and overall, we had a mixed experience. While our server was excellent in helping us navigate the menu and figure out what was safe for me to eat, I was disappointed to find that some items labeled "Gluten Free / AWARE," like the calamari, were likely cross-contaminated. This is a concern for anyone with gluten sensitivities, and I feel those items shouldn't be labeled as gluten-free if that's the case. On the positive side, the service was friendly and the waiter made a real effort to accommodate my dietary needs, which was much appreciated. However, the experience was marred by extremely slow service. At times, it felt like our waiter wasn’t as attentive as needed, which made the overall dining experience less enjoyable. While the food itself was still good, I think improvements could be made in both communication about gluten-free options and in speeding up the service.

Earls Sherway has become our go to place every few weeks. The atmosphere is very positive and energic, the staff is friendly, professional and always very attentive. I would definitely recommend this location over all the others I have been to.

Took advantage of Winterlicious menu, great value and the food was very tasty. I would of liked the appetizer menu to have more variety. It was heavily fish oriented.

The food was excellent and the waiter very professional. Only the time between services was a bit long but we were not in a hurry.

Although I can appreciate that they want to turn over tables, the 2-hour reminders by email/text, the hostess and server is a little excessive. If service is good and the food comes out in a timely fashion, you can turn over a table in an efficient manner, but if it’s not busy, do you really need to be reminding us that we only have 2 hours, especially since we are paying for the food and drinks and not loitering like someone with a laptop at a coffee shop?!? The Sherway location is quite loud, especially since we were near the server station and they were constantly clattering cutlery, and the lounge could be redesigned as the servers kept bumping into the back of the high top chairs. Food was good but apps could have been staggered given the small size of the tables (may 2 max at a time?) and the steak and sushi pairing didn’t have flavours that were complimentary.
