    Usually Earl’s delivers a good meal, good service, and we can expect the same quality every time. Perhaps it was an off night, perhaps it was the end of a shift? Not sure but it wasn’t a great experience. We were sat right beside the kitchen entrance/exit— So every few seconds someone would walk by and say “corner!” I get it. Someone has to sit there but were other tables available. My white wine was… warm. When I asked to have it replaced I was offered … ice cubes. So many things wrong with that. It was taken back to “chill” and came back… just as warm. Our order came out with a noticeable gap between 3/4 meals. My salmon was cool, but I could see it was hot at one point because it wilted the lettuce it was placed on. I’ve worked in service before. A lot. I’d never serve warm white wine. I’d never offer ice cubes to solve the problem, and as a manager, I’d never let my quality go out the way we experienced it. It was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully just a glitch in the normally good experiences we have had at Earl’s.

    Birthday supper for my son. Friendly and accommodating service. Food was delivered promptly and was delicious. Free delicious dessert provided for my son. Granddaughter cleaned her plate.

    Another great experience at this restaurant with friendly staff and wonderful food. It was a birthday celebration and the staff thoughtfully gave a birthday card and some desserts to help celebrate the event.
