    We had a great experience, love the semi-outdoor space they have. The margaritas were so good, and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

    I made a reservation and when we arrived, a table was not prepared for us. My party had to wait while tables were moved together. It was a bit of a scramble. They seemed a little surprised by our arrival. Other than the confusing arrival, food was delicious, server was friendly and helpful, and atmosphere was fun. We truly appreciate the plant based options on the menu. We wish there was a plant based dessert. That would be the perfect ending to a delicious meal.

    Our server, Cindy I believe was her name, was excellent. We had a large party of 17 people and she was the only lounge server on at the time. She was incredibly organized, sweet and accommodating to our large group. Truly no complaints! My only feedback for the restaurant is that I wish we could have tipped more!! Due to the size of our group we had the automatic 18% gratuity and I simply wish this was a minimum for servers as Cindy absolutely deserved more.

    When trying to book a reservation the app indicated that no seating was available in the dining room! Instead it booked me in the solarium.. When we arrived the solarium was booked for a party. We were seated in the worst booth in dining. Why bother making reservations? Does anyone check the app for accuracy??

    We reserved patio and I was called that both patio and solarium closed. Assuming staffing issue ? Winnipeg has such brief summers so it is a shame not to use these spaces. But I think they were short staffed our waitress didn’t take orders forever. The friend left without eating.

    Food and service very nice. Blue velvet chairs in the dining room very comfortable. Only negative is the noise level. I wish Earls restaurants did not play music above a low background level. Makes it hard to hear which means everyone has to talk louder. It takes away from a relaxed enviroment.
