    The service at Earl’s is always pleasant. The waiters are attentive and frequently check on the table for drink refills etc. However, the food quality in the last year or two has decreased. The mash potato’s that accompany the 12oz prime striploin seemed grainy. The steak itself was fine, its what you would expect for the price nowadays. The caramelized vanilla cheese cake was good, I wish there were more berries! The happy hour menu after 9pm is worth coming for.

    Booked a reservation at Earl’s for my birthday dinner. Neither my boyfriend or I had dined there in the past but the online reviews looked great! Very happy to have chosen this spot as the entire dining experience was top notch! Our waiter was informative and attentive. The meal was perfect from presentation to taste. And the complimentary birthday card and dessert was an added bonus! Will definitely be dining at Earl’s again in the future. Thank you for an excellent end to my birthday!

    We dine at least once a week and our food and service is always consistent. Waiters and waitresses are very friendly and know we are regular customers along with managers. We like how our info is kept and we get our booth each time. My favourite is the tuna poke bowl! Well greeted upon entry

    We ordered the spinach dip, absolutely perfect. For our mains I ordered surf n turf and my friend ordered the fettuccine Alfredo w Cajun chicken. I received my steak and it was also perfect. We waited 50 mins until we realized my friend Alfredo wasn't coming. We told the waiter that her dish hasn't arrived and the waitress told us she didn't order it when, when we made the order the waitress asked if she'd like garlic bread with her dish. So we know it was noted in. I also ordered a caramelized vanilla cheesecake (but I never received that). For her apologies she said the Alfredo and one of my drinks (strawberry guava slush, fantastic btw had to get two) was on the house. By the time she got her food (and without the garlic bread) we were ready to leave. It took too long to get the bill to leave but when we did she had put the Alfredo on the tab so I told the waitress and we had to wait some more to get the final correct bill (I was not billed for the cheesecake). The food was fantastic but the service was confused and slow.

    We had an awesome dinner!!! The food is always good, the server Emily was knowledgeable, friendly & very attentive with the service!!! Never had a bad meal here!!! We will definitely be back!!

    Going during the day vs night is totally different experience. Will say. Having brunch and or lunch ? This is the place to go.
