Excellent service. As someone with a shellfish allergy it was fabulous that they do not use the same oil for all their fried food. I could actually have the fries with my excellent roast beef sandwich.

Excellent table service! Our server was super attentive and got us everything we wanted. We ordered steaks as it was $5 off Wednesdays and they were great. My only criticism is that there was no one to attend to us when we arrived. Hostess was setting up table and other servers came by front desk to return menus and walked away without asking if we've been looked after.

The new menu options for steak and sushi was absolutely amazing. The service was a bit slower than normal but I suspect that had to do with the fact that the servers appeared to be new.

Earls is our favourite go to place, but if we had never been before, we wouldn't be back after last our service last night

We were seated in a booth close to the reception and front door. All of us needed a coat or vest to stay warm as every time the door opened we would get a blast if cold air. Maybe a sheet of plexi glass could redirect that away from someone sitting in that booth. We love the food, service was top notch just would not want to be seated in that booth in the cold months.

We frequent this Earl’s a lot but this was a terrible experience unfortunately… service was really bad ( I think we had a roomie server who honestly doesn’t know what he’s doing ) don’t blame him but blame management more for not making sure he was ready before putting up to the task. Drinks were so slow to come and the food was absolutely terrible, steak was cold , masked potatoes tasted like powdered mix . Honestly disappointed and would definitely be thinking twice before heading back there.

Can't be compared to other similar restaurants. The food is not over season and delicious. We ask for a main to share and they split it in 2 well balance plates with out asking us, that was perfect for my wife and I. Dessert was really great we recomen save room for it, it's worth it.
