This was not our first visit but definitely not the best one. The restaurant was full due to a concert in town but seemed well staffed. Our server took our order but a different person delivered it, which was fine, except no one ever came around to see if we wanted another drink (I normally order a glass of red to go with my steak, but didn’t get to this time) or how our meals and apps were. The food was just average this time, nothing special, and for average/nothing special was very overpriced. My wife had the blackened chicken on warm potato salad, she said it tasted as if it were day old, but again, no one came around to check our meals and we didn’t really even see a server to ask. I had the Steak Frites and added a jumbo lump crab cake. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, and tasted great, the Crab Cake was fine, I wouldn’t order again. Normally we’d have another cocktail or two, coffee and dessert but not this time, just ate, paid and left.

Earls is one of our favourite restaurants and this was the first time we had ever been disappointed. We had booked a booth inside but they wanted to put us outside. We ended up sitting inside but no one came to our table for about 15 mins. There was also a huge hockey party with kids and adults making it very loud and couldn't hear anything. The kids started chanting "we want food!" And clinging the utensils. As we were leaving they were running around the bar. My fiancé always orders the chicken lettuce wraps, this time there was barely any chicken. Our waitress came over to check on us, where we then ordered another around of drinks. My fiancé asked if they could make a drink with vodka instead but then never got the drink. If they couldn't make it, it would have been nice to be notified so she could order something else. For how much we spent we were just disappointed of how the night turned out as we were celebrating an anniversary.

I had the opportunity to take my team out for lunch today and it was perfect. The weather on the patio was great, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and it was just a very cozy/comfortable atmosphere. I left the restaurant feeling so re-energized and excited for the exceptional experience we had. Thank you!

excellent service great food. we came about 430 on a Saturday and sat outside it was beautiful and the food was excellent. all the servers were so friendly and great

Nice restaurant, chicken Alfredo was rather dry with a smaller portion than what you’d normally expect. The flavor was great though.

Very good meal, Staff were very attentive. Even threw in free dessert because of a special occasion .

Good dinner! My filet steak was too overcooked for medium, but the cajun blackened chicken was delicious. A bit noisy.

While the person seating us was relatively disengaged our server was pleasant. Food was ok - aligned with expectations. Not bad for London.
