Aurora was sweet and so knowledgeable on menu. Enjoyed the calamari n Korean BBQ ribs

WORST RESTAURANT IN DALLAS!! So disappointing. 1. Food was terrible. It was delivered and the waiter ran away. Waiter didn’t ask us to cut into steaks to make sure they were cooked properly. Steaks were either way under cooked or over cooked and dry. All food was lukewarm. Pasta truffle sauce was watered down and had no truffle flavor at all. 2. Terrible service. Waiter didn’t appear again for 15-20minutes. Then when she did we told her our issues. She said “oh” and walked away. Management came by WAY later when we were done trying to eat the meal. Never offered to replace any menu item for us. At the end took off a couple dollars from the bill. 3. Slow service. We were able to have 1 cocktail in the 2 hours we were there because wait staff avoided our table knowing there was an issue. We had family friends in town and were looking forward to a night out and choosing Earls was our biggest mistake. There are a million other places I’d go in Dallas/ Frisco/ Plano area. Don’t waste your time.

3 strikes and your OUT .. Being a very long time patron of Earls - last night was the final straw. The chefs job is know the temperature of the food and know rare, medium, medium well - Our food came out and my steak asked for medium - was Rare and not cooked - (last 2 times it was over cooked ) Chef and server agreed and said they would make a new one . 40 min later…. After watching my husband eat … my steak was brought over — while was husband was done 10 min prior — we don’t come on a date night to eat alone —- then the manager said - here’s your steak- sorry - we charged you for 2 since we had to ring another one in to make it but i will take one off ….We were flabbergasted.. This was the 3rd POOR EXPERIENCE in the last few weeks . We can no longer support this establishment and will let others know as well

I waited one hour just to get someone to take the order. This was unusual and unexpected. Hope this will not happen again.

Overall, food was good even though I experienced a problem with my entrée, they made it right. Our waiter was very attentive but, not overly so. Our waiter provide a complimentary drink and desserts for our table was a very nice touch! I have dined here before and the way we were treated, we will dine here again.

Met my cuzin for drinks. Simple Red Sangria, truffle fries, sticky ribs and avocado corn dip. Food is always good. We also tried the pecan pie dessert. It’s really, really good. It’s made with brown butter, so very rich. This place is always on point! You cannot go wrong.

We hadn’t been here this year but really enjoyed this visit We had Parmesan chicken and Cajun chicken and both were excellent Had Marilyn Monroe cocktails and espresso martinis also very good Good service and open late We will be back soon
