We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Kayla whose attentive and warm service was what really stood out. The food not only arrived promptly but was well prepared and tasty. We left very satisfied!

Most of the food was very good if a bit pricey. My husband’s steak was rated as just ok. It was quite dark and very loud so not the place to go if you wanted a good conversation.

When I mentioned that I was having a celebration with 50-year-old friends that were from Australia and that we needed a quiet table. They were most understanding and they actually gave us that. Regrettably they had a bunch of older men that were loud and obnoxious right behind us We ordered simply my friend ordered eggs, Benedict for herself, and her husband. The waitress only brought one and she didn’t even bring a plate presuming that the husband was sharing them was sharing. I ordered the Santa Fe salad and it was quite literally terrible. The only thing about it was the chicken which I think is pre-prepared. It was missing the avocado. They gave me the wrong dressing. It was very disappointing. We had to the server 3 to 4 times for a 2nd cup of coffee. She did manage to come and ask us if we wanted the bill at least four times. We ate at Earls in West Vancouver and the experience was so different. It was an incredible experience with both the service and the food if that’s where you’re going to go to Earls go there Dan don’t go to Richmond.

As always, Earls in Richmond done really good on services. Very attentive. It’s a little dark when the light automatically dimmed. We can see what we are eating in our plate, I think around 7:30. Could be nice with candles, I like the birthday Card prepared for our celebrants 💜we are all happy 😊 Thank you for accommodating us🎉see you next time.

Waiter probably came to table 3 times, then forgot about us and literally came back after an hour to check in. Received the wrong wine, one of the team members took it to bring me the right one but then instead they bring back my same glass telling me this is the right wine but it wasn’t. I told them I know from the taste and colour, then they decided to grab me another one. It was just very unorganized & way too many people providing service to the same table that we didn’t know if our waiter had changed.

Unfortunately it was an off night for service. Food well presented and delicious. Service lacking which is not usual. Perhaps 1 server for a whole section? Not sure what happened.
