    Pleasant experience!! The manager Joey and Ingrid came by and said hi as I'm pretty regular here. We had lovely conversation. Served by Cat as well she was amazing with the service. Highly attentative, genuinely nice, and fun to talk to. Always love to be here. Everyone welcomes me!!

    The service was very good. Ran out of the one drink I wanted. The 9 ounce sirloin steak that we both ordered were tough. We don't like to complain but I guess we should have. I don't think for the money it cost we would come back. Sorry

    Every time I come here I am incredibly pleased with the service and food. It was my sons birthday and Sophia called us to ask for any preferences and asked for my sons name. We arrived with a card written on the table and Kayla was amazing at making sure we had everything we need despite her being busy. The service was truly excellent and I will for sure be back.

    We went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday at Earls. They made an extra effort to make her feel special. Very good server and food was delicious !

    Everyone was warm and friendly. Our server was very Kind with us and even sent us a special dessert because she knew we were celebrating a late Father’s Day. Our kids loved the dessert!

    Service was extremely good. However, the food was just BAD. I am talking about the main course. I know Earls is not a steak house but if you are selling $60 steak on the menu then you better deliver. There's 3 types of steak that Earls have and we ordered all 3 types. That's what we usually do so we could tell the different. Surprising that they all have one taste. SALTY! I mean it's not just a little salty. It's as if salt was free for all and the cook just dump a kilo of salt in the steaks. Not only the steaks were salty. The $28 side order lobster tails were also so salty. My father stopped me from giving comment when the waiter came along asking how the food were because he is pretty old fashion thinking. He said people might add something "extra" even if they were willing to bring the food back and redo them again. Anyhow, AVOID this Earls at all cost if you came for the steak.

    Our lovely waitress was super friendly and kind. She was attentive and helpful on drink orders. The food is always amazing and our waitress was approachable and made me feel like my order was not silly at all. I would definitely come back!!!
