    We were celebrating a friend's birthday. Everything went very well. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and they gave my friend a free dessert for her birthday. We all had a wonderful time.

    We came at lunch today for a staff farewell to the Earls in Richmond on No.3 and Lansdowne. We had our reservation for 12:00noon under Candice for 8 people and we had arrived right on time. Our server was very good and attentive to us however we were disappointed in how long it took get our meals (this was not her fault). We waited 50 minutes for our meals to come, bringing out lunch to almost 2 hours and we were late for work. The restaurant didn't seem that busy and we all ordered pretty straight forward meals. The lady we were celebrating got her meal late as it was incorrect so she had to wait extra long. The pasta we ordered barely had any sauce and the chicken was dry.

    I have always enjoyed Earls, but haven't been there for a while. I am still happy with the service and food.

    Usually the experience is good. Very busy on a Tuesday night. Noise level was high . I could not hear my friends talking . But food is consistent

    As always, their service was friendly, the food was ok, can’t say is outstanding, but their menu can improve a lot. All shareable appetizer are not appealing, I don’t think fries is an appetizer, you can say they are side dishes, the fries costs $14 something and the portion is small, you can imagine the size of and ice cream waffle come. Salmon is over cooked, so dry, chicken fettuccine - chicken is very dry and the size is like my pinky finger . The only food that I enjoyed was the yam fries.
