Our running group always looks forward to coming to this Earl’s after an annual race. The service is great! Food is wonderful and reasonably priced! The ambience is warm and quiet enough to hear conversation. We’ll be back!

Made a reservation for my birthday dinner. Received Earls team a surprise of 2 glasses champagne when I get in to the restaurant. Also a birthday card (with sweet hand wrtten greetings) on my reserved table as well. After finished the meal, received 2 different flavour's of birthday cakes from the waiter. It's really surprising me and making me feel warm. And pretty sure I will go visit Earls Richmond again.

The seats are pretty cramped, the food is good but a little bit expensive, the place is noisy

Reserved a table in the lounge but got seated first off in the dining room right next to the kitchen and staff walkway which I was specifically trying to avoid. They did move us in a little bit but I was disappointed not to get at least in the area we had requested. Food was good as was the service but it was very loud in there despite being early in NYE

Ribs were so so, needed more sauce. Could tell warm potato salad was made in a rush, not as good as it usually is. This is the third time in a row that we have been disappointed with food quality. First at this location though. Feel like all Earls are struggling with quality. Very disappointed, Earls has always been our favourite restaurant to visit and we are starting to think that we need to find a new one. Also, please let head office know that you need to bring back your pan bread. The new replacement is terrible.
