Disappointing! We had to wait over 45 minutes for our entrée , yes, the server did give us a complimentary desert to compensate for our wait time. However, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my bill to come when she was busy taking other orders from other tables. The main dining room was not that busy. They were also out of chicken wings out of lobster tails, disappointing

Excellent service, drinks and food arrived promptly, both hostess and server were friendly and efficient. Wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary.

Had a wonderful date night with my boyfriend, attentive staff willing to make modifications to our meals to accommodate our needs. Great drinks and fun energy! Always love going to this Earls location!

Amazing time I had for Beats and Brunch. Thank you to the Chef for bringing us a delicious donut! The Sesame Citrus Noodle bowl is my favourite on the menu! Will be back again.

Greeter and server were both friendly and polite. Made time for some small talk . Some of the better service I have received for quite some time. Kudos to Earls for quality staff selection and training!

Had another perfect meal, you must try the Cajun chicken and warm potato salad, I haven’t ordered anything else for the last two years!!

We had a delicious meal, and our waiter, Matthew, was personable, attentive and funny. He definitely helped make our visit more enjoyable. We were there for a birthday, and the staff left a signed greeting card on our table for our arrival, and everyone wished my friend happy birthday. It was a great experience and night out overall!
