It was definitely very vibey and great to see such a crowd pulled to this new location just a week after opening! Beware that the noise level in the rooftop solarium was night-club level, could not hear the people I was with or the waitress - a combination of very loud music and a lot of shouting from people trying to talk over the music. They were also very strict about keeping us to our 1.5 hour dining time (spoiler, that is not enough time for dinner and two drinks - everyone’s second drink was still full when the manager came over to tell us our time was up and someone else was waiting for our table). I was astonished they didn’t leave buffer time (even 15 minutes??) in between sittings, and 1.5 hours doesn’t seem like long enough to begin with. I’ll probably be back but it still left me wanting more.

Well, let me tell you something about this location. We had a stupendous service before, during and after. Can’t say enough regarding the service. Seriously.

Where do I start on this new Earls?!… first off they need new training and actually be nice. Why are you all so fake?!! You need more training preferably from the York location. It took forever on drinks and food … at least the kitchen knows what they are doing. Plus asked for ketchup and none in sight. Finally got my comp champagne but at the end of the meal. Would have been nice to enjoy it during the meal.

Great location and service was great (well my server was) Still new so ironing out some kinks but rooftop patio is awesome.

It was very good as always. I would just say that they should use ginger beer for the Moscow mule. It would make it a better product.

I had made reservations at this restaurant thinking to eat the Bangkok bowl from their plant based menu. But when trying to place the order from the restaurant, this item had been removed from the menu. Very disappointed.
