    Overall a great experience. Good quality food and service. It's a bit pricey, but we get reliable and good value here anyways so I suppose it is worth it.

    When we arrived for our reservation, we were told that we weren’t in the system. We had to wait for a table to be cleared whole point of me using the online booking system was so we didn’t have to wait. I knew it would be busy because of the long weekend. The other thing that really bothered me was the music was so loud! It was like being in a club back in the 90s . Due to the online reservation problem our server did take off an appetizer on our bill, but I still feel like our experience wasn’t great. I rarely go out for dinner and was treating a guest from Palm Springs.  i’m sorry, but I’m just not satisfied with my experience at all. Our reservation wasn’t in the system and the music was so loud. It was hard to talk to each other.

    My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of outstanding. From the minute I arrived until I departed, the cuisine and service made me feel welcome and pampered. I highly recommend it!

    Our servers name was Ben he came by every single minute… was always in our face we didn’t have a second to relax and catch up. He messed up 2/3 of our drink orders. The food selection is much smaller, and not many great options for Earls price points. Was very disappointed, as we used to love going to Earls.
