    Our hostess and server were both great. Very friendly and helpful. I had booked for the Patio (all that was available at the time we wanted) and the hostess asked if we would like an inside table instead. So we were seated inside (we are all grateful as the BEAUTIFUL patio is on the rooftop and it got very chilly after the sun went down. The food was great and the portions were generous. Our server even inquired about allergies as we ordered. I would definitely eat here again and do recommend it for good food at moderate prices.

    The server was really awful and ruined our experience. She just kept picking at us. First we were just enjoying our drinks while we waited for food to arrive and she comes over and says “let’s just move these menus over to one side to make room” and proceeds to pick up my parter’s phone which was sitting on top one of her menus. I don’t think she had the right to just reach over him and grab his phone. Second, she picked up his plate without asking if he was done or the usual “still working on it” or whatever people say. And we were still snacking on the fries. I’d gone to earls less than a week prior with a friend and had a good time so I was disappointed that it was so horrible when I went back with my bf.

    We were seated on time as per our reservation. The server was very nice, most of the food was really good. I order the filet mignon and it was way over cooked. An expensive item to not be cooked properly.

    We LOVED our experience at Earls. We were celebrating our Anniversary and were treated with much kindness, by our server as well as a visit and hand shake from the Manager! The food presentation was wonderful and the flavour matched! It was time well spent :)

    It has been a while since we have been to Earls. I know these reviews don’t go anywhere but I’ll review our dinner. Hostess was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Server was friendly, fun and knowledgeable but appeared to have too many tables as we had lapses in seeing her. Otherwise she was great. Atmosphere was nice, AC on a tad too high as my wife and I both had chills. Now to the food. We were shocked initially that Bellinis were removed from the drink menu, but then to see the wing prices had gone up again to almost 20.00 for the smallest wings on the market. The Bacon Cheddar burger has gone up in price but the patty size has gone from quarter pounder to McDouble. Just disappointing to see the food quality and value no longer matches the service and ambience of Earls.
