Had to ask for side plates for pizza. Was not offered a drink refill. Asked for crush chilis for pizza. Outdoor patio was nice. Beer was good.

The food at Earl’s was outstanding. I had the 12oz strip loin steak. It was fantastic. My server was Tori. She was great. She was very helpful and had a great attitude, only wanting the customer to be happy. I ordered dinner from Earl’s tonight to my hotel and it was also amazing. I hadn’t had Blackened chicken in years, and it was cooked to perfection. So good. I hadn’t heard of Earl’s before yesterday, but going forward it will be a place I go to for a good meal.

I went for dinner with a few friends celebrating my birthday. We were welcomed by the staff and getting checked on every now and then to make sure everything was good

Service was fantastic. Larry the bartender was exceptionally attentive, provided fantastic suggestions upon request and extremely personable. Something rare in customer service interactions these days. The manager also came out and introduced himself to my colleague and I and it added the extra personal touch to the service. You don’t often see the bartender managing the bar as well as the tables and he handled it wonderfully. I don’t generally frequent this location and I think other locations can take notes!
