The day manager couldn’t have been more attentive! We had the most lovely New Year’s Day brunch! Food and service were perfect!

I ordered a bottle of wine but it was served in a decanter without informing me. Another staff member placed the decanter on the table and left without explaining what was inside. Very disappointing. I understand it was a busy night, the overall service fell short. Cactus Club has higher standards.

We had the pleasure of having Derek as our server (for the second time) and what an experience! The vibe in Earls GVC is always on point but Derek makes it even better. The food, the service, the overall ambience - love, love, love. Found our new favourite weekly lunch spot. Thank you Derek and Earls GVC!!!

Service was top notch and both the food and drinks were very delicious. Derrick was friendly and always smiling.

Earls is generally a great restaurant. I reserved a table for 7 at 3pm on Christmas eve, my wife's birthday. We check in, and the hostess says the last call for all orders is 315pm. I did not know that Earls closed at 4pm. We sit down and leave after 10 minutes because it's clear that nobody is going to serve us. the place was packed and there were at least 3 parties of 4-5 people waiting to check in. Clearly Earls failed to communicate they would be closing that early while still taking reservations within 15 minutes of last call.

Our server was nice all throughout until when we were paying, then she didn’t even say thank you or say anything and just left after we paid. And felt like she was really bitter when we asked if we could put two bills together. Also the table beside us were really loud and drunk so it wasn’t as great of a experience for us, but everything else was really good :)

Our hostess, Olivia was so friendly. She knew it was my birthday celebration. The handwritten card and balloon was a lovely touch. She had lots of personal recommendations that we took and enjoys. Austen the manager came by and made sure we were doing ok. I really liked the personalized attention.
