    Service at this location had gone way done. Not the cleanest, service slow, food quality poor. Tasted cold and not fresh.

    Great experience the one sandwich was a bit greasy but the sushi roll was tasty. Excellent service by the bartender Noah

    When we arrived our reservation was not at the restaurant. They could see it on my app and confirmations but it didn’t extist we were there for at least 16-20 minutes. Only to be found out that my table had been sat to walk ins. So there was no more room in the dining room. We sat on the patio which was ok but it took a long time to get sat. Get greeted. Get our condiments. My husband asked for ketchup. And no apologies other than thanking us for our patience. No offer to buy us desert. It didn’t seem even that our server was told we’d already waited or we Would Not have been kept waiting for all the other things we waited for. Like refills ketchup dressing for my salad etc. food was good ribs were amazing said my hubby. Earls is just hit and miss for attention to detail and it comes out In What seems to be like bad service. Though the servers all seem quite Diligent

    We had an issue with our first visit but the manager made up for it above and beyond with a second visit last night. The food was again fantastic and so was the service. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Tyler!!

It is incredibly frustrating that we would not be able to offer a receipt for your dinner and I know this can create a litany of issues for you. We have resumed functionality and I would love to make this right for you.
