Our waiter was amazing! Friendly, prompt and took really good care of us. The food was delicious as usual and came in a reasonable time. Highly suggest the truffle Parmesan chicken dish.

me of my order was amazing, the Hunan Kung pow with chicken was done exactly the way I asked and really good… Also ordered two chicken tender with fries meals, and one of them had chicken thatwas undercooked and still rubbery, slight pink and many of the fries were cold inside and still stuck together, and some more crispy… When I let my waitress know, she offered to ask them to make it again, but I didn’t want to wait longer than we had already, and just said you can take it off the bill… usually, we are there as a family of 4, but my husband‘s away for work so it’s just me and my daughters… So we ordered a Kung pao with chicken, and then two orders of chicken tenders and fries, upon returning the one order I just ended up letting my children eat because waiting for another order would’ve taken too long, I guess my issue was when this one order of chicken tenders and one kung pao aand two juice and a Coke, $82 and I didn’t even get to eat… I expect more from a restaurant that charges these prices, which I’m willing to pay -assuming the service and the food are up to snuff. I am definitely disappointed in the Earls South Surrey tonight

We were seated immediately when we arrived and our Waitress arrived quickly and offered us drinks etc. The service was really excellent and attentive, and the food was along with a nice wine made it a relaxing and fun get-together for us.

Our server was very personable and enthusiastic. Sorry, I can not remember his name. The new Roast Beef Sourdough was also tasty but needed a little something. We added the Jalapeno cheese and mushrooms... can't complain about half priced Wine Wednesday either. Gives us a chance to try new ones. :-)

I’m an ongoing fan of this location. Service, staff and food are hands down better than other Earls locations. This will continue to be my “go to” location. Highly recommend

My husband and I had a delightful evening, full of personable, prompt, and thoughtful service. Our food was excellent and we enjoyed the many flavours represented in the appetizers we enjoyed throughout our visit. Thank you to Derek, Haley and Milosh fir an outstanding experience!

We celebrated our daughter’s 19th Birthday last night at Earls. They went out of their way to make her feel extra special. We surprised to walk to our table to find a Happy Birthday card with a helium balloon attached from the Earls staff!! The service was amazing from start to finish and by all the workers. They absolutely went above and beyond! We will definitely be back!
