The best experience to date! The Cajun chicken, which I order almost every time I come here, was the best it's ever been and the plating looked far more beautiful than it has before in terms of plating. Our server, Kyle, was the best; attentive, observant and super quick without ever coming around too much.

I booked this location for dinner and was unfortunately disappointed by the level of service for a party of 8. Our server was inexperienced. We ordered a number of appetizers for the starters and there was chowder and salad for example but no side plates, bowls or cutlery to serve. I took two requests and several minutes before that was resolved. They just looked at us blankly, not understanding we needed bowls, tongs, serving spoon etc as there are 7 people at our table and we explicitly stated these are being shared. There was very little hospitality and communication between the courses and the server seemed immature and lacked in communication skills. One of staff spilled a drink on one of my guests and handed him kleenex’s and walked off without any concern or offer to help with cleaning. Upon asking for mint tea the another server giggled as he was not sure what tea he had brought out. Going out should be a fun experience. If you’re in hospitality. service and and attention to details are important. I would not recommend going here with a large group maybe just 1-2 people max. as it’s evident they can’t handle it. . I also feel that servers should take their job seriously if they’re going to be working in a restaurant industry period and if they expect a gratuity from customers.

As always, the food and service were great. These are the consistent elements I’ve come to expect and appreciate at the Fir & Broadway location. Above all, our server, Ellen, always makes the experience just that much better.

We really enjoyed the food and service. Came before dinner rush on a Sunday. Service was very friendly and seating was comfortable. I was surprised how delicious the food was

Service was very poor. Our usual experience at the restaurant has always been very good. Our drinks order never arrived. We had to ask another server ( who was very nice). Our brunch order was not taken and again had to ask another server. ( the place was not that busy)
