    Came to celebrate dad’s birthday had a great time! The hosts were sooo nice and kind the security guard was sweet. They brought us to one of the booths outside beside this big party everyone was having such a lovely time our server was sooo sweet. The food was really great definitely come here if you haven’t!

    Lovely location, lively and very tasty. All the staff from front end to back door were very accommodating and helpful.

    Where to start. We were a party of 4, to start we all ordered beer. 3 people had the same. The first order was placed wrong which was realized when they brought another and it was different. We then had to do beer taste tests because they didn’t know what they had brought to start with. They also didn’t bring the right food order for one so the rest of us had our food taken back to put under warmers, it wasn’t hot when it came the second time. Then they overcharged us for a beer. After this the server avoided us, it was awful service. The food was good but I can’t see returning.

    Excellent food as always. Our server who was new was excellent. Asked about any dietary requirements and was very efficient and attentive without hovering.

    Exceptional service from Killian! Good vibes, best gluten free crust to date, crystal margarita was a big hit. Excellent dining experience with a toddler in tow! Appreciate the premium hospitality.

    I have been to Earls quite a few times and enjoyed it. This time it was a bit different, in that the drinks we ordered were greatly overpriced and we were quite surprised when we got the bill ($25-30+ for 1 cocktail). We ordered a bottle of wine and it worked out to be less than the cocktails we each had! I booked a table through OpenTable, arrived on time and was told our table was getting ready and we could head to the bar, which we did and bought those overpriced cocktails. The hostess forgot about us, never came back, we were in eyesight of her but it was so busy she just never checked her list to let us know our table was ready. About 20 mins later, we enquired what was taking so long and we were seated, no apology. This did not set a great tone for our evening but since we were two very positive girlfriends, we saluted that even through the mess, we would have a good time and we tried to dispel the feeling of being ripped off and forgotten.

Your feedback has been passed along to our host team so that we can work to improve the guest experience. As for your cocktails ordered from the bar, please email me directly at paige.redstone@earls.ca with further information so that we can look into the pricing discrepancy - currently, the highest priced cocktail on our drink menu is our crystal margarita, sitting at $18.50.     The service from start to finish was extremely professional and friendly. Half price bottles of wine on Tuesday was a nice treat enjoy. Our waitress was friendly, answering all of our menu questions and visited often to make sure everything was ok. It was very loud but to be expected on Tuesday night with everyone working downtown.
