    I was sat down, no hospitality at all. my waitress never came, the manager finally came to take my order and then forgot it so she had to come back. then when she got it placed, returned again to tell me the entree and cocktail I ordered was out. I left immediately after that.

    What a wonderful experience! It was our 5th anniversary and Earls staff made sure to make everything soooo special!! We really enjoyed the food and the entire atmosphere! It was a nice evening out! Thank you to the most amazing staff working on V- Day!!!

    It was a girl's night out after work and Earls never fails. Great vibe, delicious food and exceptional service. Most notably Gio. He was a wonderful ambassador for the team. We certainly felt pampered and spoiled. Icing on the cake was when Nate the manager stopped by to thank us for choosing Earls for dining experience. Will be back soon😊

    Sat Feb 8, 2025 (snow storm) drove from Durham to TO to celebrate birthday with family. Our vehicle broke down and everything that could go wrong, went wrong. It was one of those ‘should have stayed home’ days. As circumstances had it we ended up at Earls Kitchen + Bar in the Financial District. It’s a mystery how the AMAZING staff (Sophie, Olivia and Nikki) were perceptive, treat us like we were family and completely turned our day around. It’s one thing to say that the food and drinks were amazing (they were amazing) but it’s a completely different experience the levels of customer service the girls and staff gave us. We all made it home (vehicle is another story - don’t buy Audi) and now a day later, looking back on last night’s experience, we’re completely blown away with Earls Financial District staff. Thanks Sophie, Olivia, and Nikki for saving our day and for being truly amazing, caring human beings. The Saunders family ❤️ (Apologies if I misspelled any names)

    What a great experience! Our party of 6 had a wonderful time at Earls. Every dish was phenomenal — standouts were the pizza, Cajun Chicken, truffles fries, and sushi tacos. Drinks were tasty and the beer was crisp and frosty. Our server Johnny was wonderful. Attentive, kind, on the ball, and entertaining. All staff we interacted with was helpful and friendly as well. Will be back :)
