    I took my parents for brunch and they said it was their favourite brunch they’ve ever had! Everything tasted great and we loved the patio!

    Our service and food was outstanding. Very attentive server and the food was tasty, only complaint would be it was very hot in the restaurant, felt like the air wasn't working, luckily we were near an open door.

    It was okay. Very slow service, had to wait 15+ mins for our server to clear plates, and were always looking for her for more water, etc. The food was mediocre. My cut of steak was not strip loin, and the side vegetables were cold. All the alcoholic drinks were primarily tequila based which is not my thing, and even the non-alcoholic drinks were more ice than anything. The air conditioning wasn’t on and it was a very humid day which was unfortunate and unpleasant. The cheesecake desert was mediocre. I wouldn’t come back.

    Very hot and humid indoor, we were sweating. We were seated but no one came to even get our drinks order for over 20 min. while they were not busy. Went to front and asked for our service. Later our server came and I guess it was a mix up. She was really great and tried to make up for the mistake in their scheduling I guess. Food was ok, if you do eat here, recommend Sushi Taco.

    First time at this Earls and was a perfect location for pre theatre dinner. Group of 4 and everyone was very complimentary about the variety and quality of the food. I can highly recommend the tuna poke bowl. I would not usually order this but am glad I did. Fantastic combination of flavours. Thought the wine by the glass was a bit expensive but hey, guess it is downtown Toronto. Will definitely return.

    Mark the manager was so nice when I showed up along with the women at reception. Sam provided wonderful service. She is so engaging. Thanks for a fun evening

    Hostesses were rude and our waiter was very inattentive. It was either his first night ever serving and his section was way too big, or he was just not good at his job. While ordering, he did not know the menu and we did not have a complicated order - no extras or substitutions. We had to find him in so we could order more drinks and then look for him again in order to ask for our bill. He never once asked about the quality of the food. Not sure we’d rush back. Disappointed as we’ve been there many times and it’s been great.

    Had to ask for some basics like side plates for apps, cuttlery, fresh pepper. Some took a long time to arrive and some not at all. Backed up at bar made wait time for drinks longer than expected. Food great. Loud tables beside us and noise level overall was high. Not as cozy as Yorkville location due to huge bright windows and raised ceiling.
