    My sister and I went to Earl’s before the Eras Tour and they had some taylor swift themed drinks which were so yummy! I got the blackened chicken and OMG it was delicious! My sister got the club sandwich and she also said it was amazing. I love the vibes here and the manager was kind enough to cover a round of drinks for us since our food was taking a bit longer (granted it was even a long time! it was just so nice they offered!). I have been here a few times and I always have a lovely time.

    Warm and inviting restaurant with AMAZING Jamaican food. We had the jerk chicken and a bunch of sides. Plantain was the best we’d ever eaten. Chicken was tender and tasty. Rum punch was so good. Do yourself a favour and eat here. We even bought jerk dry spice to take home.

    I made a reservation weeks ago for a specific time, requesting the lounge/dining room (as opposed to the bar) as I’m hearing impaired and cannot hear when seated in the heavier noise section of the restaurant. Upon arrival, there was no table ready. We waited 25 minutes before being offered seating on the outdoor patio (in 1° weather) which we declined as it is very cold and our reservation was made for the lounge/dining room. It took another 20 minutes to be told a table was ready, only to be led toward the outdoor patio — which we explained again was not acceptable. We were then told that there was no lounge/dining room seating available due to a private event. I was not informed of this issue (1) upon confirming my reservation yesterday, (2) upon arrival at the restaurant, or (3) upon the first offer of outdoor seating - which wasted almost an hour of my and my companions’ time — had we known that we could not be accommodated, we would have gone elsewhere. When I told the hostess we were leaving, I had to explain the situation again, who then finally offered us seating on the lounge side. She also noted they had “messaged me earlier today to let me know”. However, the message, which was sent through the OpenTable app, in fact mentioned nothing about the seating issue and simply was a reminder to arrive on time.

At Earls Financial District, there are two reservable areas: the lounge - being the bar area, and the dining room - a quieter option. Please ensure that the dining room rather than the lounge is selected as your preferred seating for all future reservations, and we will always do everything possible to accommodate.

    Great central location in financial district. Food and service are excellent. Reservations highly recommended during lunch hour, extremely busy and could be noisy for business lunches.

    Everything was amazing. Great experience on a Sunday night. Only thing there was a little mouse that was running around in the section behind us..

    Waitress was over the top energy. Eggs were over cooked. Coffee was not refreshed during brunch meal.

    My dinner here was about as expected by Earls, spectacular service, and food! Earls has never disappointed me in quality and especially customer service. The steaks are among my favourite restaurant style steaks at the given value, and all their other dishes are wonderful, notably the Angry Lettuce Chicken Wraps. I went for my 24th birthday this time with my partner and had a great time. (They even gave us complimentary virgin drinks, and a brownie with candle!) I’ll be honest, I rarely tip as I believe only exceptional service deserves tips, and I always tip here! Overall I highly recommend Earls for upper casual and formal dining, the bill per person assuming you order “expensive food” comes to under well $100 generally. Good job team at Earls, l’ll be back soon!
