Welcome to Earls Dadeland, our vibrant restaurant located on the south side of Dadeland's hottest shopping center, Dadeland Mall. Our spacious venue features an open-concept kitchen, a roomy dining area, and a stunning patio with panoramic views. Celebrating my birthday yesterday at Earls.. wonderful food ambience, our server D was exceptional. Prices are very reasonable and drinks as well.

Experience was not good. Made a reservation for 2:15 pm, arrived at restaurant at 1:50pm, the hostess told me we had more than enough time. My whole party was there and we sat down at our table at 2:50pm. There’s no point in making a reservation when the restaurant doesn’t even respects it. What bothers me the most is the fact that they sat two big groups ahead of me which arrived after me. The hostess apologized by telling me they had a bridal shower, I really don’t care that’s not my problem. If I reserved at 2:15 and arrived earlier respect my time. The food was not even good, it took them even longer to bring our food and drinks, my wife ordered a coke which had cucumber in it. The overall expereince was horrible. I regret spending over 500 in food and drinks. Earls is not the same at how it was before it I could give them 0 stars I would.

The food was absolutely awful. I hadn’t been there in a while but the difference was abismal. The ONLY saving grace was our server Kaylie who was amazing.

We made reservations in advance for a group of seven, expecting to be seated upon arrival, but unfortunately, the table was not ready. After waiting, we were seated and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes before being greeted by a server. Despite the rocky start, our replacement server was fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of. The discounted brunch menu was enjoyable, and the restaurant’s ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. I believe the initial delay may have been due to us arriving just as the restaurant opened. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience, though the seating process could use improvement.

Did not mention that they were out of specific items before being seated. We came there for that specific item and was told they were out after ordering appetizers and drinks. Had no choice but to pay for what we had and left .

Surprised at how inattentive the service was at our 7 top table. Half hour after being seated we finally got water after asking manager. Dirty plates never cleared long after finishing courses. Food served & then had to ask for utensils to eat. Been to Earl’s many times for lunch & always happy. Very disappointing to take a client there for this level of attention.

We were first inside restaurant as soon as they opened and ordering first as well. We received half of the items ordered, when we finally got someone to request the rest of our order we saw our waitress serving another table. She never came to ask if we wanted more coffee or if our order was complete which it still was not as I had ordered extra dressing and never received it. No apologies from our waitress at all. I found the manager and advised him that we had never received such poor service at Earls AND the restaurant was empty!!!! He was very nice, apologized and took care of us. I like Earls and will return but I’ll make sure we do not get same server.
