    Very busy, I would imagine due to the Sawyer Brown concert at the Jube.however service and food was great

    It was not our usual experience. The service was exceptionally slow. I don’t blame our waitperson but it took forever to get my drink and our dessert was also a long time coming. And the pulled chicken sandwich was less zesty and zingy than when we had it a mere week ago. It was not our usual excellent experience. It was busy but not nearly as busy as when we were here on a Friday night. Disappointing.

    Way too noisy. Service was slow. Menu was limited compared to what was stated on the website. Coulda’t wait to finish and get out of there.

    The service was awful. Not enough staff. We were a large group and our server had 3/4 of the dinning room with a packed house. She could not keep up. Drinks at our table were missed, my dinner was ordered twice, food was cold, we were charged for another dinner twice. Earls needed double the staff last night. Just a terrible experience

    Great spot within walking distance to the Jubilee. Despite being very busy, our table was ready when we arrived and we were seated promptly. Food was very good and service was quick. We had a great server, Zach. He was friendly, attentive and helpful.

    This was probably the worst experience I have ever had on an earl restaurant. We sat at the bar with water all over it and asked for a napkins to wipe it up. The bartender did not seem to be concerned and wipe it for us. The bartender did not engage us at all, did not ask if our meals came out OK, left our plated sitting there for a very long time, spent more time chatting with the other staff and we did not feel like our patronage was appreciated. We always like sitting up at a bar because 99% of the time the conversations with the bartender are enjoyable. it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this experience was just unacceptable. It is hard to explain how bad it was in writing.

    Zach was a great server! Food was good. It was extremely loud and we had a challenging time hearing one another.

    I let the restaurant know that we would be celebrating my friend’s 77th birthday and they made it a wonderful experience! We were given a comfortable booth in the corner, a birthday card was waiting on the table, and they treated her to a chocolate dessert at the end of the meal. Plus, many of the staff stopped by to wish her a Happy Birthday. It was so kind and much appreciated. We had a wonderful time!
