    I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the flavour was ok, but it was dry. Not enough sauce.

    Burger was dry and bland, fries cold. Cobb salad was drenched in dressing, to the point of unpleasant, should have asked on the side. Server was lovely but was didn’t seem she had enough support. Hostesses could have helped as the servers were rushed off their feet.

    Reservation for 7:30, but we were a bit late due to traffic. Staff gave us a very friendly greeting. We were seated in the beautiful patio within 3 minutes. Order taken promptly, and our questions about the menu were handled professionally and politely. Food was served quickly considering the restaurant completely full. The hamburger and fries were good, especially with the addition of bacon and cheese. Chicken tenders were moist, yet crispy on the outside. Fries are always cooked to perfection. The Caeser salad, clay chowder soup and bread have always been our favorite. Lots of parmesan cheese and a ton of salad dressing, which we love. You can't say a bad word about the clam chowder soup. The best in the city. The bread was good, but the spice used wasn't my favorite. The key lime pie was so delicious. A decent crust and a perfect creamy filling. We should have said to leave off the coconut but will know next time. Overall, delicious food and great service. The plants and decorations made a perfect setting

    My only issue is that the house salad comes with crotons that are much to dry and hard to eat. they remind me of those super large bags of croutons one buys at a discount food store rather than ones made by the restaurant itself. We asked that the croutons be left out of our salad this time, so it was an improvement. Next time we go to Earls, I will bring my home made croutons and add them to may salad.

    Great food and we enjoyed our get together. Our server was friendly, but needs to learn how to serve wine and Prosecco properly. Not a huge deal, but lost our confidence when he attempted lying/covering for his ignorance on the matter to counteract that he was incorrect. We requested that he keep the cage on the Prosecco until we were ready for the bottle to be opened. We were told that wasn’t true and he insisted on taking the cage off and left the bottle ready to pop on the table. We opened the bottle ourselves. As long time industry folks, we’ve seen this before and we didn’t want any issues or injuries. He’s good enough, but young and we didn’t appreciate being lied to over something so simple.
