    I have always been loyal to Earls but this experience was below standard. Asked twice for water then the water was warm. Asked for cutlery and napkins twice. Steak was overdone. Forgot my eggs in the Cobb salad. Seriously where is the quality check?

    Lots of fly’s buzzing around… Did not include the bread with my salad. No plug ins/cords…If your going to be close to downtown, would be nice to have a business meeting with laptop capability. Average at best. JW
