Our hostess was excellent in giving us a table in the area I requested in my reservation which meant it was not too dark and the "music", if one can call it such, was not too loud and the unceasing boom, boom, boom did not obscure the conversation. Our server, Emily was outstanding, as were her helpers, sensitive to our every need. The food and drink were excellent as always. And because we ordered two dozen oysters for our table, only to be politely and regrettably informed by a member of the management, that there were only five oysters left, which turned out to be eight after all, he then most generously offered us these oysters free of charge, which we gratefully accepted. The whole experience was in keeping with our usual expectations of this excellent restaurant.

I have always been loyal to Earls but this experience was below standard. Asked twice for water then the water was warm. Asked for cutlery and napkins twice. Steak was overdone. Forgot my eggs in the Cobb salad. Seriously where is the quality check?
