    Never disappoints. My daughter and I have been coming here for the last 4 years as part of our one on one time and we love it!

    Nice dinner to celebrate a birthday. Card and dessert was a nice touch…thank you! Everything tasted great and service was great as well. Earls Mapleview is one of our favourites. Happy new year to everyone there!

    I went on New Year’s Eve and both of my dining companions ordered ribs… we were there around 8:00 and the kitchen had run out of ribs. Nothing was done to rectify the situation, and the steak that I had originally ordered and that one of the other guests ordered as a second choice were flavourful, but very inconsistently cooked. I realize that holidays are a busy time, but the customer service wasn’t great overall and food should be cooked properly. I feel like that’s a given.

    We had a fantastic meal for New Year’s Eve at Earl’s in Burlington! Everything was perfectly well cooked.

    Not one bad thing to say. Went there for New Years Eve dinner and everything was top notch. Our waitress Natasha was so personable and nice. Our meals were great. Totally enjoyed ourselves

    Would eat elsewhere. Once we were seated, we were told about all of the menu items not available: no pizzas, no burgers, and more. If we had known we would have changed our reservation. Food was okay, although with limited choices, we couldn't eat our preferences. We had indicated 2 birthdays on the reservation and there was no mention of it by staff. We let it go, as we were eager to leave the noisy restaurant. Overall, not the best dining experience.

    Excellent food as always, service seems to be dropping off as of late though. As an example, our food came before our drinks, which we had to ask for again. We also had to ask for side plates. There seemed to be lots of staff and when we arrived, at least eight open tables around us, so I’m not sure why the drinks were missed.

    Ordered 2 extra dirty martinis and were served martinis with no olive juice. Took 30 minutes to get new ones made properly and were told we “wouldn’t be charged” for the original ones that were made incorrectly that we only had 1 sip of.
