    The food and service is consistently very good. Having said that they could use more servers at times but overall it’s one of our go to spots in Burlington.

    Had been a few years since I had been to Earl’s and it was a great experience once again. Prosecco was offered while we waited for our table. Server was attentive and friendly. We ordered burgers and one of the sandwiches and everything was delicious. Will be back.

    Speakers are set to BLARING …not the best quality speaker I’m also thinking. And even though the lounge/bar area was almost empty for Happy Hour. The service was excellent. The food was fantastic and so were the cocktails and wine… price/value is reasonable for happy hour. Why is it empty? Summer? But outside was empty too… BLARING music that’s just 20% too loud to have an enjoyable conversation. It’s not a nightclub. It’s 4PM and trying to unwind with friends/associates is the goal.

    Great evening celebrating my dad’s birthday. Michael our server was very prompt and diligent, the food was great, and birthday card from the Earls staff was a nice (and appreciated!) touch.

    Have been going to this Earls location since it first opened. Used to be fantastic food and service. Fast forward to today and I can’t say the same thing. Let’s start with reservations. If you don’t have the tables available, don’t confirm a reservation online. This has happened to me the last four or five times I’ve been there including yesterday. I realize everyone needs to recover from Covid but the amazing little happy hour menu they used to have is sorely missed. Four dollars for a tiny sushi taco is outrageous. Also, we observed the group of servers working yesterday afternoon standing around the bar, chitchatting and seemingly socializing when they should’ve been serving customers as there was a number of people sitting in the dining room waiting for service. Which by the way we didn’t want to be sitting in the dining room ,we made and confirmed a reservation for the bar, but I was told they couldn’t accommodate us because it was a staff switch / crossover. I’m not sure.. It didn’t quite make sense to me. It’s too bad that the location seemingly doesn’t give a hoot about the customer experience anymore.
