We didn’t get the table we booked or similar and wouldn’t move us even though there was availability, We were made to wait while they sat walkins in the area we booked? Waiter was too busy and didn’t have back up plan for his large section. He was very nice but he should have asked for help. We would have ordered second drinks if asked.

Cip was fantastic, his customer service was on point. The food, including apps and mains were delicious and came out on time. Recommending this place to my friends!

Went for brunch food was cold. Couldn’t see waiting staff so just started eating. She came around when we were almost done. The service and food here has really been going down. No longer rating this a favourite

Having blinds installed by the front door would be a huge benefits. Lots of customers having to dodge the sunset shining in.

This year’s Thanksgiving was a busy one for us and having Thanksgiving dinner at Earl’s was an excellent choice! The food is always great and the service top notch, making every trip to this restaurant memorable.
