Lovely space, great service. Ribs were fantastic and wine selection good. The only weird thing is the bright tv on the hot pot building across the way is overly bright almost blinding

We had a really nice birthday lunch with friends at the Earls Brentwood. Food was great and our server Adam was excellent. He was really attentive and checked in on our table often. Adam was also very personable, super friendly, proactive and kindly accommodated our dietary restrictions. Love the beautiful space and all the plants. We appreciated that the noise level in the restaurant was quite low so that we could easily have conversations.

Before looking at the bill, we were very pleased with what we got. Then, when the bill came, it was a lot higher than we expected and in the menu. We have asked the server why it was so expensive. She told us we upgraded to a more tender beef so it was more expensive. However, when she introduced that to us, she didn't mention anything about the price difference. We felt like we were being cheated. It really spoiled the whole experience. We had a very good experience last time and so we returned and hoped for another nice experience. However, it was very disappointing and we felt being cheated.

The service from Bella was fantastic. Previous manager Dan Ho was in location and took time to come over and check on us and to say hi. I was pleased to hear that he was in dinner manager at Metrotown location. Always nice when previous staff remember there clients and come to say hi. Will definitely go see him at his location
