I come here all the time but lately the service and foods were not worth to come anymore. About service , looks like they shorted on staffs or something. We asked for Tabasco sauce for 3 times and brought out when we were almost done the dish and server wasn't checking on us regularly to see what else we need (only asked when foods were out and when we were done eating) I had to keep looking for the server and wait for her to look at me. About the food, waited for long time i guess they waited everything done to bring out but food was dry, yam fries was quiet salty ( too much salt) and looks burn :( . Ordered the drink no ice and they served 3/4 cup for $6.5 tiny drink 😕 i guess price is up for everything but still quiet disappointed.

Shannon was an excellent server. She came to our table in the first 2-3 minutes that we were seated. You can tell she s very experienced.

This place has come together really well. The food s consistently great and the service has gotten excellent. Our server was very kind and provided two very nice free deserts when she heard we were celebrating my son’s birthday. Cheers!

I go to this location almost weekly and today was not the best experience. Service was extremely slow. Our server did not attend to us well and did not put in our food requests properly. A table that came after us received their food much quicker. My burger was extremely cold and fries were cold in all of the meals. I won’t be returning as the food was not good and service poor.

Friendly and great service. The ahi tuna poke bowl and spinach and cheese dip were delicious and the dip came with lots of ciabatta.

Had a great meal again earls with family from OT Earls Brentwood always exceeds expectations The front desk as well as the servers are happy to be there and take care of you We had assorted appetizers and they were all great Our server Hailey was super attentive even though the place was buzzing Thank you !!

The Food was amzaing, Got the Chrozio Hash a great Dish to have if you are coming here for brunch. Staf was lovely like normal.

It was a great experience at earls Brentwood! Ian was particularly amazing and most hospitable, the service was truly great and he made our night fantastic. Hailey was also such a warm and great server, she was super attentive to our needs!
