    Loved how I told them it was a date and they set us up near a fire pit with romantic seatings and flowers. Excellent job by them

    Our server Alex was so nice and amazing! We were missing mushrooms on one of our plates and we got it like 30 seconds after we pointed it out. Everyone was super sweet and attentive :) and food was amazing as always (especially those mushrooms).

    My reservation was for 8:45pm and we arrived at 8:47pm. The host said he marked us as a no show and that our reservation in the system was for 8:30pm. I showed him my confirmation email which says 8:45pm but he said on his end it was 8:30pm which makes absolutely no sense. Anyway, we were seated and we had to wait for so long to order, which is okay because I understand it was a holiday weekend. When we tried to order, there were so many options listed on the menu that they had run out of. My friend had to give her 5th choice since so many things were out. When we got our food, my calabrian pasta had no sausage even though I had not specified for it to be vegetarian. When my pasta was returned it was cold. I think overall, it was so expensive for the quality and the service was quite below standards. Each time I go to Earl’s the service seems to get worse which is quite sad because this was a favorite restaurant of mine for years. We will not return.

    We visited Earl's Kitchen & Bar for the first night of the Snowflake lane parade, hoping to sit by the window. Unfortunately, there was a mixup as we were being seated and another party was seated instead of us. The Maitre d' quickly seated us at a different table where we could still see outside. Our server was outstanding and never kept us waiting. She took a complicated order and our food arrived in a timely manner. We started with the salmon sushi, which was good. Two of our party had hamburgers and french fries, which they reported to be good. The kitchen took extra care and put all fixings on the side. I had the carne tacos, which were delicious. The salsa and homemade tortilla chips were very good. My husband ordered the hot chicken sandwich which he said was good. We were able to see most of the parade floats from a lovely, spacious and warm booth. Thanks for a lovely dinner to kick off our holiday season!

    food was a little cold and service was very slow. free dessert for my birthday though. prices are your average overcharged prices. food was delicious though.

    A Welcome glass of champagne as we entered the restaurant was a lovely and surprising treat. Very special! Food was delicious. Service was very good. Highly recommend. We were there quite early, so noise level may change as the restaurant fills up.

    I tried the place again and I liked it much better this time. Food was delicious. We got the steak and sushi plate, Branzino and spicy roll. We all enjoyed it.
