    My friend and I met for a drink & we have not seen each other in months. We had plans to meet with other friends for dinner later that night, so we didn’t eat at Earl’s. The waitress was so kind and friendly, even when we kept telling her we forgot to look at the menu because we’ve been chatting non-stop since we sat. She was so understanding and kind to us!

    This is twice now my food came out incorrectly in last two weeks. I have allergies and both times my requests were not met and my dinner had to be remade while my family had their food and I waited. Most restaurants take the meal off the bill but that did not happen either time.

    Management 1/5 stars Service 5/5 Stars I went to Earl’s last night again, and requested Ian as my server one more time. I’ve requested him around 5-6 times now and he has always provided exceptional service and attentiveness. I did notice one thing this time that made me feel uncomfortable, and realized it made our server feel uncomfortable as well. We overheard one of the managers (tall white guy with slim build) speaking rudely to our server. Asked him in a very condescending way to do a task, and as our server walked away to do it, the manager kept talking badly. We noticed our server act uncomfortable after that. Aside from that incident, which made me feel uncomfortable, the same manager (tall white guy with slim build) walked past my table after the incident, looked at us (my guest and I) stopped and turned back around to ask us if everything was alright…but felt judged due what I had witnessed. Ian still managed to provide exceptional service later that night. Food was amazing like always, we’d just like to get the attention that servers are still humans at the end of the day, no manager should abuse their power, and disrespect their staff. We all deserve equal respect.

    The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our server Sophia was efficient, timely and welcoming as well. The food was also very yummy! Great evening!

    We were so disappointed that we left. They didn’t have at least a third of the menu items. It was almost comical. The waiter literally said, if I was you, I’d go somewhere else. So we did and had a lovely dinner at Joey - go there.

    Today was the 1st day of SRW menus. It was difficult to order off of the SRW menu as we were told most of the appetizers, entrees are unavailable. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu and the food was average. The decor is nice but the food and service is below average. I feel other restaurants nearby are much better. Disappointed.

    Something changed over the last 2 months. New chef? The menu changed for sure. But not the same great taste we've known for the past 3 or 4 years. Very dissapointing. Still friendly service tho. I'll give 'em that.
