We were so disappointed that we left. They didn’t have at least a third of the menu items. It was almost comical. The waiter literally said, if I was you, I’d go somewhere else. So we did and had a lovely dinner at Joey - go there.

Today was the 1st day of SRW menus. It was difficult to order off of the SRW menu as we were told most of the appetizers, entrees are unavailable. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu and the food was average. The decor is nice but the food and service is below average. I feel other restaurants nearby are much better. Disappointed.

Something changed over the last 2 months. New chef? The menu changed for sure. But not the same great taste we've known for the past 3 or 4 years. Very dissapointing. Still friendly service tho. I'll give 'em that.

Saturday evening is obviously a very busy time to visit Earls. We've been Earls regulars and will continue to be. Seems the waiters were performing more than taking orders and ensuring a good customer experience as they were taking orders, while holding dirty dishes from other tables.

I book a table by bar but gave me dining area. Everytime when I book the table by bar but they put me dining area. And telling I should write a note. I dont understand.

I celebrated my birthday at Earl's and it was awesome. The music was great, the service was amazing, and the food and drinks were awesome. I brought in my own cake and my king and patient waiter lit 22 candles for me out of the kindness of his heart, it made my night magical. Highly recommend.

Cocktails are always fantastic. Service is SO friendly and attentive. I always appreciate how personal the servers are. And I appreciate their honest opinions and recommendations. Nashville chicken sandwich was so flavorful and delicious. The Birria tacos were good but not great, they should be served as an appetizer not dinner, the flavor wasn’t quite up to par with all other Earls food we’ve had. also the avocado and corn dip was a fresh and delicious appetizer. Would get again. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!
