    Food and service were great. Music was a bit loud to have a nice conversation at the table.

    Went for an anniversary dinner on a Tuesday night. Reserved table was as requested. We had a couple of non-alcoholic beverages to start which were mostly ice and not very flavorful. We ordered an appetizer of calamari which was awful. Mostly batter and overcooked. Waitress removed from our bill at our request. Ordered the 9 oz sirloin. Asked the waitress the difference between the striploin and sirloin. Seems like she really didn't know and suggested the sirloin was the cheap cut and the striploin was better (also more expensive). At $40 for the sirloin, it wasn't that cheap. The steak was tasty, but a little rarer than I usually like. It was tasty, nonetheless. The garlic potato was good, the asparagus was overly seasoned. We ordered the key lime pie desert to share and didn't finish it as it was way more tart than we expected. Waitress was not very attentive, long periods between checking in if everything was ok.

    We had a party of 8. Love that we could make a reservation via open table for that size group. We sat in the bar area, which is why I noted the noise level as high. Great food. Great service. Great ambiance.

    Out of all sushi rice which eliminated a lot of dishes we wanted and why we chose to go there

    I really want Earls to be good but the last two times I’ve been, it just isn’t. The drinks and food are really pricey. ($24 for a straight vodka martini…that had ice chips in it). Seafood platter was $90. Shrimp a bit overcooked. Lobster tail tasteless although the dipping sauce was nice. The sushi rolls were nothing but rice with something breaded and fried on top. The music was crazy loud. We arrived at 5:30 PM and were still screaming at each other across a table in the corner of the bar. As the restaurant filled, it just got worse. Earls needs to decide if it’s upscale dining or a sports bar or a smooth cocktail hang out. Trying to be everything isn’t quite working.

    Everything was beyond expectation. My wife and I had our first date at Earl’s fourteen years ago. I mentioned that in our reservation, they took note, and treated us like royalty. They sat us at a prime table, which was attended to by an excellent, efficient waitress, and to top it off, the restaurant manager delivered a red long-stemmed rose to us, to celebrate our occasion! The chicken dishes we ordered were very tasteful and abundant (had to doggy.bag the second piece home), and the Aperol Spritz drinks were a perfect compliment! Great place, great service, great, lively location, in Bellevue.

    We’ve visited Earls a few times and have consistently enjoyed the food. The menu offers a great variety, and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The service is generally good, with friendly and attentive staff. However, one aspect that may need improvement is the volume of the music. It tends to be quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation without raising our voices. It would be a good idea if the music volume could be lowered a bit to create a more comfortable atmosphere for conversation.
