We made a reservation for an outdoor table and drove quite a distance to get there. We were then told that we could not sit outside even though there were multiple empty outdoor tables because they were understaffed. Ultimately we were able to sit outdoors after carrying on a bit, but service was abysmal. New sesame noodle dish was ok. Other food was good.

Good food for lunch with family. Had Cobb salad with shrimp was a little pricey at $33. The homemade lemonade was tasty. Sitting outside in the shade on a late summer day was perfect. The waitress was great as well.

Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, including Madison. Our server, Liv, was on top of everything and made sure our order was perfect and we were well attended to. Food was awesome

Pretty good food was good even too expensive tho to serve frozen fries that look like McDonalds . The only thing I didn’t like is that rush from the waitress to put order in it was super annoying. Every 3 min to come and ask and when finally we finished she brought the bill so quick like with out even bring the drinks we ordered. By the way store was half empty so no need it that rush

I took my girlfriend and her family here for her birthday, we set a reservation and heard excellent things about Earls, it was a big deal to me to make sure she had a great birthday. It ended up being the total opposite. We dealt with an extremely long wait time, regarding putting our food in, and drinks. Once the food finally came out,it felt like it was sitting out back for quite a bit... all 7 of our meals were luke warm to borderline cold. Everyone was disappointed. This was the assembly row location and it was just a total let down.

This was our second visit to Earl’s on Assembly Row and the second disappointing issue with the service. We are frequent visitors to Earl’s at the Prudential Center and it is alway top notch service. I suggest the General Manager from the Prudential Center pay a visit to the Assembly Row location and help them with their service model. We will continue to visit Earl’s at the Prudential Center but never go back to Assembly Row.
