Great lunch with my friend and awesome service by Olivia our server. She was so nice and expedient in supporting all our requests. The food was all delicious (chicken wings, truffle chicken and roast beef sliders and deeelish crème brûlée desert). Looking forward to our next dining event as this amazing earls!

My server was amazing I had Sarah as my server. She was amazing. I ordered the Happy Hour steak and was cooked perfectly.

Amazing ambiance service staff were very attendant. All the food was perfectly cooked especially the prawns which most places tend to overcook.

This was a surprisingly poor experience at Earls, which has been a go-to for our family for decades. I had a reservation, and we still waited fifteen minutes, despite the restaurant being only half full. I had requested the dining room, and for some reason, though plenty of visible empty tables there, we were eventually offered a table in the lounge. This ended up being fine, and we sat. That was the beginning of a very strange experience. We sat at the table with our menus closed for at least ten minutes before finally (who I assume) the manager came over, brought us water and took my drink order (which was a bottle of sparkling water - nothing that needed to be "made"). I saw it sitting on the bar for quite some time, when someone eventually brought it over, and then left again before we could say anything. Finally our server (?) came over and took our order, and then dropped off side plates for our shared appetizer of calamari, which was excellent. Then our entrees came - we both had Santa Fe Chicken Salads, excellent as usual. Then, it took three tries to get the bill, which we paid on the spot. The two extra sets remained on the table the entire meal. Every other plate and bowl that came to the table throughout our meal remained on our table. Nothing was cleared, at any point, until right before we finally got the bill, and some kind server (who was NOT serving our section) came and cleared a few dishes. Everything else was still on the table when we left. It was a truly baffling, awkward experience. It was impossible to get anyone's attention, several people "touched" our table but left too quickly for us to actually ask for anything, nor did they clear, despite us declaring we were finished. It was just not the typical experience I am used to at Earls. This won't deter me from going back, as I can only assume they were very short-staffed, and it was an anomaly of an Earls experience. It was unfortunate that it was for my birthday, but so be it.

We had a fantastic meal for Sunday brunch. We sat in the sun on the patio and enjoyed the great service. We had two different types of meals and both were perfectly done. The shared dessert was delicious.

We had a reservation at 415 we’re seated at 430 The server was lovely and took our order for everything immediately. She came back after 20 minutes and said that her iPad was faulty and the order was not submitted. Although I did receive a glass of wine after 10 minutes. The food was amazing especially the seafood platter. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy. They did comp our drinks but it was a but the experience was disappointing. Unfortunately we seem to have service trouble every single time. We are accepting that this is definitely a sign that this is not the restaurant we will choose in the future.
