   We went to celebrate my dad’s birthday and were a larger group. The servers were very attentive, friendly and efficient. We had a really great experience.

   Great meal and atmosphere. We had Cali Rolls and drinks to start, then steaks and more drinks. Only issue was they forgot about us after we arrived, however, they picked up our first drinks which was simply awesome. Great experience.

   Wait time at the restaurant was 20 to 25 mins inspite of reserving the table for our date night. And the staff was not very welcoming at the restaurant at the reception area at the main entrance of Earl's restaurant. They were all confused with the reservations on their list and giving tables to different people in the restaurant. A Total Chaos !! Not at all organized on the floor and reception area of the Earl's Restaurant .

   Hi Karan, thanks for your feedback of your experience last night. I apologize for how it started off. It does look like we were late on getting you in as we sat you at 9:09 for your 9:00 reservation. I'm sorry for the lack of organization at our host area, definitely not a great way to start off the special night. I'll be reviewing with the team on how we can improve there.    Isabella was an awesome server! Manager Kassidy came and checked in a few times! Food, drinks, and service was phenomenal!

   Went for a date night. Overall, amazing experience! It was loud, but it personally doesn’t bother me. The staff were incredible. The food was top notch, except fries came out a tad cold. On the pricier side but I would say fair for what you get.
