    Meal was not prepared properly. Staff were advised. Another meal was brought, but food was still undercooked… Manager refused to discount the meal…although a bit of discount was given, we left this premise being disappointed and dissatisfied. Expected much better quality from Earls.

    Cajun blackened chicken entree with potato salad (way better than a typical potato salad) and the broccolini were excellent and the Old Fashioned is always on point. Earls never disappoints

    Some of our drinks took 20min to arrive. They did give us extra drinks although no one should wait that long. The service was slow and the restaurant seemed unorganized.

    My server was great and the food was amazing. Gave my fiancée a great birthday experience. A bit more costly than expected but i would recommend to others that this is a great experience they should try. Definitely an added flavor to Winnipeg.

    our server was nice when taking our order but never came back and someone else dropped off our food. our steak was extremely dry, the both of us couldnt finish it. we were planning on telling the server that we were unsatisfied with our food but she never came to check up on us. she kept walking past our table. she only came back to drop the bill off and still took forever to bring us the machine. tipped $5 but honestly deserved $0 as there was nothing pleasant about our experience. very unfortunate as this used to be my favourite place to eat out with friends.

    I usually enjoy Earls but this time I did not. I ordered the truffle tortellini and it was swimming in butter. Also they were very stiff and tough. Was disappointed with my meal.
