My wife ordered a pasta dish with shrimp and the pasta was not edible it was hard and tasteless.

Nice lunch today at Earls. The server was efficient and knowledgeable about gluten free options. The atmosphere and lighting was very nice. It was a little cold, but we were close to the wall of windows and it is extremely cold outside today.

Wonderful atmosphere, the food and drinks were very prompt and super delicious! Our server Kellie was attentive and so helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and features and always smiling!

Food was excellent, ambience was nice but noisy. Quite busy which is fine but the was quite loud. All the staff were pleasant and attentive, our server Daniel was especially excellent, very friendly! We were going to the Jets game so validated parking is a bonus.

We like Earls, but have only been to this particular location once before. The interior is beautiful, but otherwise the experience was poor. Service was disorganized. Multiple servers came to our table with no set rhythm; there would be several within a couple of minutes or nobody for a long time. We ordered a beer with our food order, but still hadn’t received it after eating appetizers and most of our entrees. When we asked for it again, that server didn’t know we’d ordered it, even though everyone is carrying and tapping on tablets. Someone in our group ordered a mixed drink during the meal, and when we hadn’t received it almost 30 minutes later we asked about it. The server seemed annoyed - with us or the system I’m not sure - but the drink arrived a few minutes later. Worst of all, the blackened chicken I ordered with my salad wasn’t fully cooked in the middle. I’m not sure how the pink spongy interior was missed when the breast was sliced prior to serving. They cooked me a new one - which arrived just as we finished dessert - and took away the first one. However, I ordered a full chicken breast - and received that the first time - but the replacement was a half breast. I was still charged for the full breast. I’ll still go to Earls, but not this location.
