   Got seated and waited for 15 min before anyone even took our drink order. Food took forever and when it did come we got a hair in one of our meals. This place used to be better.

   This place is truly stunning, offering a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The food is exquisite, and the drinks are exceptional.

   While I admit it’s been a minute since my last visit to Earls - I was less than excited about the menu. I did miss some of the old staples at Earls. The ambience and decor was lovely and our waitress was great. Staff were attentive. My food was okay but not to the level that I have grown to expect from Earls. My guest’s sandwich and fries were also “just okay”. We did have the new mango coconut mock tail which I do recommend and it will be something to enjoy on warmer days. I will be back and will try some other items on the new menu

   Food was great Server was “nice” had to ask for refills we were there for about 2.5hrs and she only came to drop off food and ask if we were done at that point we asked for a refill for Diet Coke that was empty for about 30 mins. As for ambiance there was a dog in there. I don’t know if it was a service dog but usually they don’t jump on the table and I did find it weird that a restaurant would allow pets in with customers having allergies. I was shocked and wanted to ask to move cause I do have bad allergies to both cats and dogs. I just didn’t want it to turn into a situation or embarrassing for the person I was with.

   We had a reservation that could not be fulfilled, and once they realized that the lady at the front counter and the manager and Josh our server made the frustration melt away with such amazing kindness and attention to us and found us another table. This type of service is hard to find. We will definitely return to this location. Thank you!

   Was okay overall. The food was decent, though nothing particularly stood out in terms of flavor or presentation. The service was fine, but not especially attentive or memorable. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Not place I’d go out of my way to visit again

   Had no flavor. Chicken was dry. Service was poor. Waitress never came over to check how food was. A person at our table had ribs and chicken. Chicken came out after the ribs were eaten.
