My friend and I enjoyed our lunch. I have, however, noticed that the portions of the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, are smaller every time I order it. Yesterday we sat by the window where it was extremely cold with the air conditioning. Our server, Kaelyn, was kind enough to move us to another table where it was somewhat better.

Staff excellent, the Guy who took our reservation, chatty and nice, no rush just pleasant conversations towards our table. Out server, kind and respectful, no 'over running' all the time. Food, perfect, tastefully and very nice arranged. Perfect lunch out, sure to be back.

Went with a group of six before a show nearby. Great service and quick food delivery. We jumped right to main course and quality was great and everyone enjoyed. Our server was excellent and friendly and attentive, well done. Nice that we could reserve as the place was busy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Experience!! We celebrated my husband’s birthday at this location, and had a great time. We brought our 8 y/o daughter with us, and despite the fact that it was a very busy evening there, we were accommodated at a great table in the lounge that was in between the dining room and lounge, and was perfect. Our server (I’m terrible with names…) was fabulous- friendly, helpful, and attentive. She made great recommendations, made sure I knew about the 1/2 price bottle deal, and brought out a birthday treat for my hubs at the end. The food was delicious, most notably the new Parmesan truffle chicken dish!

The food was standard Earl’s Fare, the server was excellent. We were seated beside the kitchen and the noise level was high….then the timers/temp sensors or whatever in the kitchen started going off which sounded more like an ER than a restaurant. Then the head chef/kitchen manager started quarterbacking the orders. I realize he was just doing his job (and it sounded like he was very competent) but the rest of the meal was ruined for me because he was hollering like a drill sergeant (albeit a polite one) and was actually causing me pain he was so loud. So, really my complaint is perhaps about the complete lack of thought to noise management and acoustical design. Why would you have a 5 foot partition wall between a noisy busy kitchen when a full partition wall would reduce the noise to a manageable level? If you are going to this Earl’s during the supper rush, you may want ask for a seat away from the kitchen!
