I love the vibes, the energy, and ambiance. And to top it all the saxophonist going around the table entertaining guests, was beautiful. I will come again, but make a later time reservation. Since the tables are only held for two hours and if you want to stay later. You have to have a table to be able to order drinks. Because you can’t order drinks from the bar. After your table time is up. I loved the experience.

My friends and I were disappointed with our first experience there last night. Waited for our table for 20 minutes and there was no designated waiting area so we crowded around the small bar which felt uncomfortable as we were in the way of the waiting staff. Not a great ratio of men to women, staff were miserable, food and cocktails were very below par and extremely overpriced. Pretty scenery and decor, the dancers were fun. But I wouldn’t rush to return.

I booked here for my birthday and i was very disappointed with the service and the food i ordered a medium steak and it was tuff i was struggling to cut through it and it was harder to cut because we didn’t even have steak knives, then during the dinner we saw there were these birthday celebration sign things and i asked a staff member if i had to pay for that if i want it and she said yes but there was no communication of how i get it and on the booking there nothing there to request that if i wanted it. Then when it came to paying for our meal we had to ask so many staff members for the bill which is a joke the first member of staff we asked said she was busy and as someone who works in hospitality that was unprofessional of her to say to a customer and I completely understand that it is busy but I shouldn’t have to ask so many members of staff just to get the bill. But then I complained to someone who said that they’re one of the owners of the lounge and then when i asked for their staff members name he didn’t he refused to give her name and said that he would speak to her and I honestly think that is a joke. Overall my birthday was completely ruined from that experience and I don’t recommend coming here when they’re busy because they clearly can’t handle the pressure.

Had reserved to try the brunch but that is only on Sundays. We were sat by door and couldn’t get seated anywhere else which was a disappointment and the girl serving us was rude. Not the best service and food wasn’t that great

Poor communication and ignored through out the night. Clear preference on preferred clients. Neglected and had to order 3 X before being severed. When I complained was told by floor manager "That's Impossible".

Music/DJ, Ambience and decor is good. Extreme high level of security checks that you’re not informed will occur whilst booking - metal detector, frisking, ID details collection , verification etc. - feels like you’re going into max security prison and makes you feel highly unsafe. The customer service is terrible to say the least (worst I’ve ever seen) - they don’t value their customer - the management are only focussed on making as much money as possible from the customer regardless of how bad the resulting service would be. We were placed at the worst table next to the DJ & drummer hence high amount of noise. Kindly requested to be moved to the numerous other tables that were free (only about 20% capacity) but was refused for no justified reason. Also, they restrict the sale of cheaper drinks that are available and sell certain expensive ones whether or not you prefer the expensive ones. Management staff are rude. Wouldn’t be going there again.

Had a wonderful time! Food was so delicious and Renee was a great waitress/ host!! We are from Cali and live in Las Vegas , so doing coming here was so Much fun

Lounge was a great atmosphere, towards the end. The service was very slow also didn’t have shisha but that’s ok but overall it’s a great place to go.
